DAY 11: MIA

Today is dedicated to those who are Missing In Action—those who may have fallen into sin or have been spiritually wounded somehow. This may be someone who used to walk with God, but has turned away. Pray for them, speak an encouraging word to them, and/or write them a note to encourage them.

My brothers if one of you should wander from the truth and someone should bring him back, remember this: whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save him from death. James 5:19-20

Suggestions

• Invite an MIA to join you for lunch or a soda after school. Tell them that you miss them. Guys share with guys and girls share with the girls.
• Listen to their hurt. Remember the best way to get someone to listen to you, is to really listen to them. Invite them to go out with you, or with you and some other Christian friends this weekend. Follow-up your time with them by inviting them to church.
• Continue the relationship as long as the Lord leads.

Adults
Invite to lunch someone from work that is a Christian but not living like they should or someone that has not been in church recently. Listen to them.
