Day 3: Demolition derby

Look at your car (if you have one) and/or room and ask Jesus to show you anything that could negatively affect your faith. Then get rid of it! CD’s, cassettes, revealing clothing, Ouija boards, cigarettes, drugs, posters, videos, etc. Don’t sell it! Find a creative way to demolish it.

…let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God. 2 Corinthians 7:1

Suggestions

• Don’t do this grudgingly out of emotion. Do it by faith, even if it’s a tough thing to do.
• Remember: All actions begin with a thought… and thoughts come from what we feed our minds.
